A meditative work intended to bring a sense of calm to wherever it is placed, Looking Glass was built from Schock working exclusively on the floor tom, which can be seen in the bottom third of the canvas' visual. With each hit of the drum, light is cascading upward and orbiting toward the center of the image producing an inviting white light.
