Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
You may return your artwork within 30 days of purchasing for full refund including initial shipping expenses.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
The return process is as follows:

Email us at info@musichead.com - your email should include your order number and reason for return.

We will reach out to you within 48 hours to review. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase back to us.

Please note: you will be responsible for covering shipping costs for the return back to us.

Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund. Please allow 2-3 days for processing your return.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the packaging is damaged. Before you open the package, please take photos to document the damage and send it to us if items are compromised. We will evaluate the issue and will contact you to resolve the matter.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item purchased in-store or online, please follow the return instructions above. Once completed, your refund will be issued and you can make a new purchase.
