Paul McAlpine (b. 1956) is an American photographer renowned for capturing the raw energy of rock and roll throughout the 1970s and ‘80s. His work features legendary artists such as Iggy Pop, Queen, Aerosmith, Rod Stewart, The Cars, and Boston, among many others. McAlpine’s photographs are held in esteemed collections, including the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, LACMA, the Victoria & Albert Museum, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Collection.
