We offer three framing options that vary by print size, material, and level of presentation.

Standard Archival is available for prints sized 8 x 10 inches to 30 x 40 inches. It includes a matte black wood frame, UV-protective plexiglass, and museum-grade archival materials. This is a classic and elegant option designed to preserve your print and display it beautifully.

Museum Quality is available for prints sized 11 x 14 inches to 30 x 40 inches. It features hand-stained hardwood moulding, virtually invisible UV Optium Museum Acrylic for reduced glare, and the same archival matting and backing. This option offers a more refined, museum-level finish.

Oversized Preservation is for large-format prints ranging from 36 x 54 inches to 48 x 72 inches. It uses the same UV Optium Museum Acrylic and hardwood framing as the Museum Quality option, but with heavy-duty hanging hardware and the option to dry mount the print for added stability over time.

Our frames are made of high-quality wood and assembled using archival materials, including acid-free mats and UV-protective plexiglass.

Use secure wall hooks or anchors suited to your wall type and the weight of the frame. Hanging hardware is included with all framed orders.

We recommend framing with archival materials and avoiding direct or partial sunlight. UV plexiglass provides added protection against fading.

Delivery times vary depending on the image and whether it is in stock. In-stock items may ship within a few days. If the print needs to be ordered from the photographer or framed, please allow a few weeks. You will receive a FedEx tracking number once the order ships and we are happy to provide updates during the process.

All artwork is shipped via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. Orders over $100 require Direct Signature to ensure safe delivery of your artwork.

Your order includes the artwork, a certificate of authenticity, a packing slip, hanging hardware if framing was selected, and care instructions.

Please take photos of the packaging before opening and contact us immediately at info@musichead.com. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it promptly.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, email info@musichead.com and we will help track it down.
