Karen Mason Blair is a Seattle-based photographer who began capturing bands in high school and went on to document the rise of the city’s grunge scene, including Pearl Jam’s first-ever concert. Her award-winning images of Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, and more have appeared on album covers, in national publications, and continue to celebrate the energy and personalities of iconic musicians.
