About the photographer
Jay Blakesberg is a San Francisco-based photographer and filmmaker, best known for his work with legendary artists like the Grateful Dead, Neil Young, and Tom Waits. With a career spanning since 1978, Jay has published 16 coffee table books and launched Retro Photo Archive with his daughter in 2020 to represent photographers for licensing and fine art print sales.
