Carly went to Vermont to visit Peter at Tree Frog Farm commune in order to be photographed for her first solo album. A version of this photo was eventually used, introducing her beauty to the world for the first time.

About the photographer
Peter Simon was a nationally acclaimed photographer, photojournalist, and music historian whose career spanned over fifty years. Known for documenting the 1960s free love movement, reggae culture, and rock 'n' roll icons, Peter published numerous books and exhibited his work in galleries across the U.S. He was also recognized for introducing reggae to the U.S. Peter passed away in 2018.
