Exile on Main St. is the Rolling Stones’ tenth studio album, released on May 12, 1972, by Rolling Stones Records. It followed Beggars Banquet (1968), Let It Bleed (1969), and Sticky Fingers (1971), completing a run of the band’s most acclaimed releases. The album spans a wide range of styles, with strong influences from Delta blues, gospel, and country rock. Now widely regarded as one of the band’s finest and a landmark rock album, this vinyl edition reflects the original release.
