Sticky Fingers is the Rolling Stones’ ninth studio album, released on April 23, 1971, on the band’s newly launched label, Rolling Stones Records. The album is widely regarded as one of their strongest releases and was the Stones’ first to reach number one on both the UK and US album charts. It has since been certified triple platinum in the United States.

The album features “Brown Sugar,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100 in 1971. Sticky Fingers has been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. It also appears on Rolling Stone magazine’s list of “The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.”
