Miles Davis & John Coltrane creating ‘Miles & Coltrane’, a live album, released in 1988 by Columbia Records. The music was recorded at two different shows--one on July 4, 1958, at the Newport Jazz Festival, and one from October 27, 1955, in New York.

William “PoPsie” Randolph was the preeminent paparazzo photographer of the New York music scene from the 1940's through the 1970's.
