Let It Bleed is the Rolling Stones’ eighth studio album, released on November 28, 1969, in the U.S. and December 5, 1969, in the U.K. Issued during the band’s 1969 American Tour, it followed Beggars Banquet and marked a continued return to their earlier blues-based sound. The record also incorporates elements of gospel, country blues, and country rock.
