Musichead Gallery opened in 1998, a small shop off Melrose Ave. dedicated to music. In search of a larger space to host exhibitions and launch our in-house custom framing studio, I found a location in between The Roxy, Tower Records, and Sunset Sound on Sunset Blvd. These storied locations - some still standing, some cemented into memory - were playgrounds for emerging talent, chance encounters, and good times.
