I wouldn’t trade growing up in the Motor City for anything in the world. Thanks to the great radio stations, nightclubs, and concert venues, I was exposed to Detroit’s incredibly diverse music scene. All of the influential music that came out of Detroit makes it a true music capital. Here is a selection of photographs showcasing a wide range of artists with Detroit roots.
